Living room
Air-conditioned throughout, spacious room highlighted by strikingly large French window exposing an enormous garden. You will be mesmerized by a combination of Spanish vanilla-colored tiles, bamboo flooring or wooden design embedded in the wall. With access to our private garden, the location of the leisure part can be shifted outdoors or indoors, according to our guests’ needs.
Kitchen
Furnished and very well equipped, with window overlooking our garden, allowing self-catering in complete comfort. Two entrances of the kitchen were designed to add more space as well as to improve communication between the large table in the sitting room for guests coming in larger groups.

bedroom / study
The air-connditioned room is divided into leisure and study sections. On entering the leisure section you will be struck by a gigantic chessboard embedded in the wooden floor. The room has one single bed and one double bed just under a large window overlooking a green and quiet area.
Master Bedroom
Air-conditioned, overlooking secluded, trees-covered area. The lit-up bottom of double bed visually suspends it in the air over the wooden bamboo floor and thus warmly invites you to keep floating.
The bathroom
As you open the door, a strip of exotic wood goes forward, climbs the wall and goes back over your head making you stand in a circle of wood enlargening the space an making barefoot walking a nice experience.

SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300 euros / MALE GROUPS up to 1000 euros) is paid upon check in and returned upon the check-out. We DO NOT allow:
- male only groups larger than 4
- smoking
- parties of any kind
- strangers
- excessive use of alcohol
highly unproper behaviour may end up in immediate request to leave apartment and the loss of security deposit. As long as the intentions of guests are to respect the property we are more than happy to show our honest friendliness :o). However, we feel it is necessary to mention the above to measures.

VOM FLUGHAFEN ZUM STADTZENTRUM
Der internationale Jan-Pawel-II-Flughafen befindet sich 11 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
TAXI - für den ganztägigen Service sorgt Radio Taxi 9191 - Orientierungspreis für eine Fahrt zum Stadtzentrum - ca. 60 PLN
ÖFFENTLICHE VERKEHRSMITTEL - Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt von dem Flughafensgebäude. Die Zufahrt bis zum Stadtzentrum (Bushaltestelle "Dworzec Glowny Wschod" - Hauptbahnhof) mit der Linie 292. Die Fahrt soll ungefähr 35 min dauern. Ein Einzelticket kostet 2,5 PLN, eine 1-Stunde-Karte kostet 3,1 PLN. Die Fahrkarten sind in den Kiosken im Terminalgebäude oder bei dem Busfahrer (gegen Zuschlag) zu kaufen.
VOM OMNIBUS- UND HAUPTBAHNHOF
Beide Bahnhöfe befinden sich im Stadtzentrum, etwa 1 km vom Hauptmarkt entfernt.
TAXI - für den ganztägigen Service sorgt Radio Taxi 9191 - Zugang zum Taxistand - die Treppe hinauf, direkt von den Bahnsteigen - der Fahrpreis beträgt 5 PLN + 2,3 PLN/km
ÖFFENTLICHE VERKEHRSMITTEL - Die Bus und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind 300 m vom Bahnhof entfernt (Richtung Stadtzentrum).
